Adamo’s organic farm offers the possibility to discover the colours, flavours and perfumes of hilly landscapes of Alcamo Doc.

During our tours we will let you know the history of our country and our family. We will make you do a leap in the past thanks to our local wine and our typical food. Since 1931 our family has dedicated himself with passion and perseverance to the production of grapes, olives and to their processing in products of excellence.

You can also go for a walk along the vineyards and olive groves of the manor. Subsquently, we will make you do a guided tour in the old basement whose owners were the Florio: it’s an hawesome example of industrial archeology.
