The Sicilian cuisine, based on the values of the Mediterranean diet (UNESCO), represents the perfect link between the different cultures that influenced the territory and also it’s a combination of different flavours and unic combinations.
During the cooking classes we would be glad to share the secrets of the Sicilian kitchen and to tell the origin and the anecdotes linked to every single dish.
Our recipes and our method of preparation respect the culinary tradition of the territory, using raw materials cultivated in some neighbouring territories that is the result of our producers’ work.
At the end, it will be possible to taste our plates and drink the wine more appropriated to the dish.
You can also eat: homemade pasta with fannels and sardines, annelletti al forno(backs pasta), soup of summery vegetables, ,pasta with swordhfish,eggplants and mint. We combine them with caponata di melanzane(eggplants, carrots, olives, capers), caponata di mele ( apples, carrots, olives, capers), eggplant wrapped, sarde a beccafico( sardins wrapped), sweet and sour pumpkin and sfincione(a kind of pizza).
We offer typical productos of Sicilian street food like arancine, panelle, potatoes puffs, by concluding with sweets like cassata, sfinci, pignolata that take part of the oldest Sicilian tradition.
