Our history began in the early 1900s with the Adamo brothers and spans an entire century of work, passion and connection to the land. Generation after generation, we cultivate our vineyards with the same respect as always, guided by family values and conscious choices. Today, Baglio Florio is the heart of this legacy: a place where the past shapes the future.
In the early 1900s, the Adamo brothers founded a winery with the ambition of making quality Sicilian products known. From the 1960s, the business grew thanks to the family's commitment, until it found new strength in Vincenzo, Vito's son, who took up his father's legacy and relaunched the project. The story of Adamo Bio is a continuous line made of passion, memory and roots deeply linked to the land.
Built in 1875 by the Florio family, the Baglio is now the operational and symbolic heart of Adamo Bio. With its stone courtyards, historic fermentation tanks and rare interior railway structure, it tells the story of an agricultural and visionary Sicily. Acquired by our family in 1931, it has been respectfully restored and now hosts productions, tastings and events. A place where every wall speaks of wine, work and rebirth.

With more than a century of passion between viticulture and family tradition, Adamo Bio intertwines its history with that of Baglio Florio and the wines born between Alcamo and Calatafimi. For generations we have cultivated on limestone soils straight to Sicily DOC, moving from the Marsala of the 1930s to the authentic, organic wines of today.
