Wines Adam Bio are born from native grapes grown organically in the hills of western Sicily, between sea winds and limestone soils. Each bottle reflects our vision: respect for nature, craftsmanship, territorial identity. We produce fresh and savory whites, intense and deep reds, elegant rosés, along with vermouths and botanical liqueurs that sincerely tell the authentic character of our land.

In each bottle of Adam Bio there is the essence of western Sicily, shaped by a long family history and organic vocation. The winery, active since 1960, produces white and red wines from native grape varieties such as Catarratto, Cricket, and Nero d'Avola . These grape varieties find in the unique terroir of Alcamo and Calatafimi Segesta their ideal habitat: limestone soils, sea breezes and light sunrises, elements that impart fresh aromas, body and minerality.
Our production reflects an authentic commitment to the certified organic viticulture, without the use of pesticides or chemical treatments, with deep respect for natural cycles . Each harvest follows strict artisanal control, from hand-harvesting to fermentation, to ensure real wines, sculpted from the earth without forcing.
In recent years, thanks to the work of Vincenzo Adamo, agronomist and third-generation custodian, the range has diversified to include non-native grape varieties and Orange Wine fruit of botanical experimentation rooted in tradition . Each label (such as "Costa dell'ape," "Ruano," "Biastra") tells a story: a deep connection between varieties, vintages and craftsmanship .
The tastings at the Baglio Florio enhance this family of wines with authentic pairings, curated by Liliana with local dishes and genuine flavors . In addition to the sensory dimension, the route enhances storytelling and emotion, immersing the guest in rural history, among strands of grape harvest, lush vineyards and the walls of historic architecture.
