We cultivate our vineyards between Alcamo and Calatafimi Segesta, following organic practices and respecting the rhythm of nature. Each row tells the story of our land, among native varieties, limestone soils and breezes that caress the grapes.

Our farm stretches between the hills of Alcamo and Calatafimi Segesta, in unspoiled countryside where time seems to slow down. The soils, of limestone matrix and rich in organic matter, offer ideal conditions for the vines to express freshness, minerality and identity. Here we cultivate each hectare directly, without forcing, respecting natural cycles and enhancing the balance between man and landscape.

These vineyards have belonged to our family for generations. They have grown with us, through seasons, pruning and shared harvests. Each plot holds a memory: of those who worked the land with their bare hands, of those who believed in its rebirth. Today we continue to cultivate these lands with the same respect and dedication, transforming a family history into a conscious and rooted agricultural present.

From the manual harvesting of the grapes to processing in the winery, every stage of winemaking is taken care of in-house, with artisanal attention and strict control. We use minimally invasive techniques to preserve the integrity of the fruit, spontaneous fermentations where possible and targeted aging. Our goal is not to standardize, but to express each vintage and variety authentically, respecting the raw material and the identity of the terroir.

Our vineyard is not only the place where the grapes are born, but the vital center of our entire identity. It is here that the roots of the Adamo family are rooted, in these rows that cross the hills of Alcamo and Calatafimi Segesta, on limestone soils exposed to the sun and caressed by the wind. Each plot tells a story, each plant brings with it years of care, harvests, silences and seasons. Growing organically, for us, is not a marketing choice: it is a responsibility, a daily act that binds us to the earth and its ability to regenerate.
We conduct our vineyards following the principles of certified organic and regenerative agriculture, avoiding systemic treatments and respecting the natural rhythms of the vine. We work native varieties such as Catarratto, Grillo, Nero d'Avola, Perricone and Zibibbo, which in these soils find an authentic, crisp, sincere expression. We do not intervene to correct, but to accompany: our goal is to let the plant, the vintage, the place speak.
Visiting the vineyard is an experience we recommend to anyone who wants to understand the deeper meaning of our work. Walking between the rows, touching the earth, observing the vegetative cycle, savoring a ripe bunch or smelling the scent of the leaves at sunset: it is in these simple gestures that we capture the soul of our wine.
Because the truth of wine always begins here: among the stones, the dust, the sun and the silence of the vineyard.
